Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your shipment within the advertised time frame, please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Use correct abbreviations, spacing, and details—Soul Shine Collections is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a package is returned as non-deliverable due to an incorrect address, we will issue a store credit for the net price of the item(s), minus the original shipping cost.

📦 Payment authorization and order verification can take up to 2 business days before processing.
📦 Timeframes for Standard and Express delivery options are in business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays.

🚚 Standard and Express Shipping is available for the 48 contiguous United States.
🌍 Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes, and U.S. Territories will be shipped via FedEx.

🚚 Standard and Express Shipping is available worldwide.
🌍 International Orders shipping will be shipped via FedEx or DHL.

📦 High-Value Orders: In some cases, you may be contacted by our courier partners to complete a customs form. This will be sent from an official email address of the courier service.
